Personal evaluation is one of the more difficult things leaders have to engage in. Those are some good questions. I plan on asking myself these 5 on a regular basis.
This is a great one Rick. Thanks for posting it. The question about risk reminded me to make a phone call that I have been avoiding. God's timing is awesome.
