North Point Community Church has made the main sessions from their 2006 Drive Conference available via streaming video. I highly recommend sessions 1-3 and #5. Andy Stanley has to be one of the most effective communicators out there. You will be helped and encouraged through what he has to say. (Session #3 is a panel discussion with his staff on the topic of volunteers. Must hear stuff for church leaders!)
